Labaleeb® produces large variety of microgreens such as lettuce, radish, sweet pea, sunflower, broccoli, cabbage(white or red), mustard, amaranth, arugula, spinach, beets, wasabi and many others.
Microgreens are complete plants harvested at an early age of their growth after the
first leaves appear.
Microgreens are a small form of veggies about 3 to 8 cms in height. The plant above the roots including the stem and the leaves are edible.
