ABOUT MICROGREENS

Microgreens are complete plants harvested at an early age of their growth after the

first leaves appear. They are a small form of veggies about 3 to 8 cms in height. The plant above the roots including the stem and the leaves are edible.

Contain 4-40 times more nutrients by weight than their fully-grown counterpart. They are a good source of Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamin K
